crash and burn

had a simple night out with the usual gang to celebrate van's 20th birthday. seems like theres been quite alot of birthdays falling within this month. no wonder my pocket seems lighter =) we ate at the newly opened astons at the cathay and im loving the food there. affordable yet good to eat! i can't believe i haven seen van ty and eileen for quite some time due to sch and work. my life has been boring! i need some spice.

there wasn't much to do after dinner. i suggested canele for cakes!!! yummy. but we were full. hence we caught death race. i was kinda hesitant though. i thought 12 lotus would have been nice =)) haha. i would rate it 3 outta 5. not too bad but kinda dumb, watch it and u know wat i mean. the theatre was super cold plus i was holding my pee till the end of the movie. i just couldn't wait for it to be over! but i loved the action and gore. van was screaming during the killing scenes. very amusing!

an arabic birthday

celebrated nisha's birthday on national day at amirah's grill restaurant near abrab street. the food is good except that my milo is a total disappointment cos it was tasteless!!! i purposely told nisha not to wear red and white on that day and end up both her and zoro wore the national colours! the worst part was that the birthday girl was damn late for our 11 30 meet up. she woke up at 11 30 cos i called her house.

sunny booze

monday was a purrrrfect day to tan by the beach. it was a off day, the sun was up, the tides were low, dee feels pumped up, what more could i ask for?! accept that i didn't realize that it was also a off day for uniform schools and some other humans until i boarded the train manifested with sch kiddies!! vivo was extremely crowded, loads of sunny wannabes headed to sentosa. lucky for me and dee we chose to absorb energy from the sun at a more secluded beach named tanjong.

my back is hurting now. thats the price i gotta pay for being darker. oh wellll... endurance is good i guess. lunch wasn't wat i had expected. i purposely dragged dee down to chinatown just to eat the famous yong tau foo at the hawker centre next to OG building however it was closed and so we ate yong tau foo from another stall.

im still craving for the famous one...
